Refund Policy
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your first purchase. No questions asked.
After 7 Days
Refunds after 7 days are considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a 10% processing fee.
Non-Refundable Items
Credits that have been used for content generation, subscription payments for months with active usage, and promotional/bonus credits are non-refundable.
Cancellation Policy
Subscription Cancellations
- You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You'll continue to have access until the end of your paid period
- No partial refunds for unused time within a billing cycle
Downgrade Options
Instead of cancelling, you can downgrade to a lower tier plan. The price difference will be applied as account credit.
